Marcela believes that meaningful progress happens when organizations are designed to support people, not just performance. Her work focuses on holding complexity thoughtfully, clarifying what matters most, and building systems that allow important ideas to move from vision to reality without overwhelming the humans involved.
As founder of Complexly Simple, Marcela brings a systems-oriented, relational approach to strategic and operational work — supporting organizations that are committed to contributing to a better future while remaining grounded, sustainable, and human.

Adam Killin supports the translation of ideas into clear, thoughtful media.
At Complexly Simple, Adam is responsible for content production across video and audio — helping ensure that conversations, initiatives, and strategic work are communicated in ways that feel grounded, intentional, and accessible.
His background in music and sound design brings a strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and atmosphere to the work, supporting content that is clear without being overstimulating and expressive without being noisy.
Alongside his role at Complexly Simple, Adam runs his own creative practice, Killin Tunes., where he composes original music and soundscapes for a range of projects. This creative foundation informs his approach to media production — with care for detail, coherence, and how content is experienced by the audience.

Ana Lima supports the operational backbone of Complexly Simple.
Her work focuses on creating structure, continuity, and follow-through — helping ensure that projects, communications, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and reliably.
Ana brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to productivity support, reducing friction and cognitive load so that leaders and teams can stay focused on meaningful work.
Alongside her operational role, Ana is a visual artist working in digital illustration and animation. This creative background informs her approach to organization and systems — with an eye for clarity, flow, and how pieces fit together.
